missing number in difference and sum

you saw a laptop of 97k and u don't have the cash so you borrowed 50k from your dad and 50k from your mom. you bought the laptop which left you with 3k change you gave your mom 1k and your dad 1k and kept 1k to yourself. you are now to balance your dad 49k and your mum 49k; that is 49k +49k= 98k plus the one 1k you took that sum to 99k what happened to the missing 1k?
