I want to figure out what I make hourly, I have the gross pay total hours worked including regular hours and time and a half.

Gross pay = $1,037.91

Hours = 105.5 (88 regular hours and 17.5 at time and a half)

I do not want the straight hourly for the 105.5, I want the hourly for the 88 regular hours.

OK. So let the hourly pay rate be r.

 

88 r + 17.5 (1.5 r) = 1037.91

 

114.25 r = 1037.91

 

and r = about 9.08.

 

Not sure what you mean by "I do not want the straight hourly for the 105.5." There's one hourly rate there, bubba. I account for overtime with that 1.5 factor. Cheers!
