Hi Hailey, I am not quite sure about this solution but will try it 
Let y = f(x) = -3x^2
Slope of tangent is dy/dx = -6x
At point (0,0), dy/dx = -6(0) = 0
At point (-1,-3), dy/dx = -6(-1) = 6.
Please let me know whether it is right or not
