Hello! My name is Cadence, and I am a junior at the University of Houston. I will graduate from the University in 2027 with a teaching certificate, and I am very passionate about education! I have been tutoring for about a year, and it has ranged from 2nd grade to 8th grade in both English and mathematics. I also have experience working with students on the autism spectrum. I believe that our current education system focuses too much on arbitrary numbers and has an imbalanced perspective on maintaining perfection that causes many students to burn out of education from an early age. Therefore, it is my joy to try to make education not just about grades, but about comprehension, growth, and integrity. I love what I do and will go the distance to ensure that every child I encounter can walk away with developed confidence, both academically and personally.
