I’m a Chemical Engineering major at Rutgers University and a Professional Tutor at Bergen Community College. Since 2022, I’ve supported students in chemistry, biology, and math. In 2023, I received Bergen’s “Excellence Award” for my work as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for “Chemistry for Health Professions,” where I developed effective, interactive strategies to make chemistry accessible and prepare future healthcare professionals.

My teaching style focuses on breaking down tough concepts, connecting chemistry to real-life examples, and building lasting comprehension (not just memorization!). I emphasize practical study skills, exam strategies, and problem-solving techniques.

My academic foundation includes an Associate of Science in Chemistry and research experience with the Department of Chemical Engineering at NJIT. As a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society member and a Bergen STEM Scholar, I understand the academic pressure students face and how to navigate it.

I specialize in General Chemistry I & II but also tutor math (through Calculus I), biology, and microbiology. I adapt my approach to each student’s goals, whether you’re building a foundation or aiming for top scores.
