I would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to improve their CARS performance and develop a more structured approach to the section. Game changing CARS tutor
Many other CARS tutors just tell you the same reasoning behind the answers to passages with the hope you can comprehend the text in time. But Ali is so much more and he truly transformed how I look at CARS passages. I wanted to feel confident in my answers and not just hope that I understood the passage properly and Ali did just that. He gave me tips to go through answers and new ways to read and pick through the questions to make them easier to understand and choose an answer I was confident in. Ali was great tutor. After I took the MCAT in March, I was very unhappy with my score and was looking for a tutor who would guide me to success. Ali was awesome at telling me exactly what I needed to do to prepare for the next time I took the MCAT. He gave me a specific schedule. During sessions, he would teach me strategies and how to best answer questions. Even when some question seemed subjective (as many do in CARS), Ali helped me breakdown the question to answer it objectively. Overall, Ali significantly improved my practice score by 9 points. Best MCAT Tutor Out There!
If you are looking to improve your CARs score, or generally improve your test-taking strategy on the MCAT, there is genuinely nobody better than Ali. He only uses AAMC materials because they are the most representative of the actual test, and he very patiently talks you through 1) how you should read passages 2) how you should read questions and 3) how to be confident in your answers. Every student who has the chance to work with him is extremely lucky and will surely succeed. I could not give him a higher recommendation.
