I have been a high school physics teacher for 22 years. Over that time, I have taught many different levels including Conceptual Physics, General Physics, AP Physics C, AP Physics 1 and AP Physics 2. I still very much enjoy helping students improve and be successful in their physics journey.

Robert has been a great AP Physics 1 tutor for my son. After a last minute request for 2 back to back lessons in one week, my son was able to grasp the content he was struggling with and get an A in both his quiz and test. Robert asks for the topics to be reviewed in advance so that he can come prepared. He also comes with his own sample questions for review if needed. Robert is able to break down complex topics into more simplified and easy to understand material. My son is much more motivated and has gained confidence that he can do well in AP Physics 1. He is looking forward to weekly lessons until the end of the semester.

Excellent and Supportive Tutor
Mr. Robert was so helpful in helping me establish confidence and perform well in my AP Physics 1 course and the AP test. He is excellent at helping students diagnose their weaknesses and build confidence through targeted practice and multiple ways of explaining a topic. What was especially helpful to me was that he not only teaches problem-solving skills, but he also breaks down difficult concepts into easy-to-understand models and components. His ability to explain concepts from different perspectives made everything much easier to understand and apply to new problems. Regardless of whether you want to improve your physics foundation, prepare for the AP exam, or succeed in your class, Mr. Robert is truly one of the best options.

Simply the BEST
Imagine a smart but scattered kid going from 13% to 91% in 4 sessions ( in 2 weeks ). Goose bumps and unbelievable, But it’s the fact. Every kid has potential, but some need extra explanation or simplified instruction or just a bit more reinforcement to feel confident. Mr R did that for my 10th grader in AP physics. His Class’s average was 58% and my son got 93%. So yes !! I would recommend Mr R to anyone at any level for physics. Thank you Mr Robert !

Robert has been working with my son on his AP Physics work and has made a tremendous difference in his understanding of the topics. The fall semester was a tough one but Robert helped my son bring his grade up to an A for the semester and he also received an A on his fall final exam. He started the semester thinking that he would end up with a B at best so Robert had really made a huge impact! Highly recommend!

Excellent AP Physics Teacher/Tutor
Robert is a very kind and patient tutor who genuinely cares for his students. My son had a couple of other physics tutors throughout his junior year. Despite this, he still had a 75 in AP Physics because his teacher does not teach and could not find a tutor that was very effective. For perspective, my son has a 1550 on his latest SAT and a 4.3 GPA - currently has all A's and a 79 in AP Physics (that should say something). We only had Robert for three sessions, but he received two A's on his last three assignments and a solid B on his performance final since he started working with Robert. He just took his AP exam and said he felt really good about it (won't find out until July). Robert essentially had to teach him all of AP Physics in three weeks. Really wish we found him sooner. Thank you, Robert, for all your help!!
