Hello, I’m Kinza, a Spring '25 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. I’ve been tutoring since the age of 14, helping junior students and fellow peers across various subjects with a particular passion for breaking down complex concepts into understandable parts. My teaching journey began as a Sunday School teacher at my local mosque, where I taught children aged 4 to 8 how to read Arabic letters. Since then, I’ve gained over 8 years of experience tutoring students ranging from early elementary to adult learners, both in-person and online.
Currently, I work with K–12 students, focusing primarily on programming and math instruction. I’ve taught in a variety of settings, including one-on-one sessions, small group environments, and volunteer educational programs. I tailor my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles, whether through step-by-step problem solving, visual aids, or analogies. My approach emphasizes clarity, patience, and building a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced material. I always strive to create a respectful and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes as they grow.
