I worked at the U.S. Senate and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), one of Washington's most prestigious foreign policy think tanks, as well as ClimateWorks Foundation, a leader in financing environmentalist movements. I am a named contributor for my open source intelligence (OSINT) research and insights in two highly influential foreign policy pieces that informed discourse surrounding U.S.-China relations during the Biden and Trump Administrations.
In high school, I was a founding member and president of the non-partisan Young Progressives Club, opinion editor of the school newspaper, and captain of my Mock Trial team. During this time I helped organize youth volunteering for the nationally-recognized state senate campaign of then 22-year-old Will Haskell.
I love politics and history, and have lived and breathed them on both sides of the academic and professional aisle. I am a believer in the need to engage with complex topics by finding the best possible arguments for the positions we want to counter.
