I work at and enjoy teaching mathematics. I have real experience with the difficulties of studying it, and how to overcome them. I emphasize the necessity of knowing the reasons for a particular method as well as its performance. I teach from arithmetic through the calculus.

As for my credentials, I hold a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from MIT, and a PhD in Mathematics from NYU. I have taught undergraduate courses including Mathematical Thinking, Elementary Mathematics from an Advanced Standpoint, College Algebra, Pre-calculus, Calculus, Finite Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, and Algebra. I dearly like teaching arithmetic, geometry and trigonometry. For business use, I have extensive experience with fixed income securities calculations.
