Within the gentle but encouraging environment she creates, I know my son is well-cared for and bottom line, knows she is one of his top cheerleaders. She has been great at teaching my son how to see Math not as big over-power unsolvable mess which how he perceives at the subject at school, but a workable process that he can understand and do well in. I know any family who hires Jenna will be well pleased with her fun and encouraging methods.
I chose Richard because we taught in the same school (pre retirement), and I knew him to be a thorough and knowledgeable educator
His tutoring style is clear and efficient. He anticipates my questions before I formulate them in my own head. He is pleasant to work with, and his depth of knowledge is truly impressive. I would recommend him to students age 6 to 60, (or in my case, 65).
Learning a foreign language (as an adult student) is difficult enough, but add dyslexia and it's super challenging. I've taken Spanish immersion in another country and my instructors never covered much of the basics. With Margret, she starts with the basics and builds a solid foundation. Her primary job is as a Special Education, so she is encouraging, patient, kind and motivating. I've found Spanish teachers with some of these qualities, but never ALL of these.
