My name is Rosa and I am originally from Ecuador, South America. I have a bachelor degree and a master's in Psychology. I came to the United States in 2010 to teach and became certified to teach Spanish. Last year, I completed my master's in "Teaching Spanish as a Second language". I have taught Spanish to middle and high school students here in the United States. In my home country I have taught English as a Second Language, Spanish to International college students and Psychology to high school and college students. I have also tutored Ecuadorean students in the English language. My teaching style for Spanish is based on verbal and written communication. I believe American students that are learning Spanish should be able to communicate with Spanish speaking people. Being able to communicate in more than one language is essential to the success in today's society.
