asked 07/08/25I can't contact the tutor
I can't contact the tutor, I keep getting a message "You've got mail on another browser" I don't know if I'm logged in, because I've treid a variety of differnt ways.

That message usually means Wyzant thinks you’re already logged in somewhere else, or your browser session is stuck.
Try this in order — it fixes the issue almost every time:
1. Log out everywhere
- Open Wyzant in the browser you’re using
- Click Log out
- If you’ve used Wyzant on another device (phone, tablet, another computer), log out there too
2. Close extra tabs and browsers
- Close all Wyzant tabs
- Make sure Wyzant isn’t open in another browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
3. Clear cookies for Wyzant
- In your browser settings, clear cookies just for wyzant.com
- Refresh the page and log back in
4. Try a private window
- Open an Incognito / Private window
- Log in and try contacting the tutor from there
5. Turn off VPNs or blockers (temporarily)
- VPNs, ad blockers, or privacy extensions can confuse login sessions
- Disable them briefly and try again
If the message still appears after this, it’s likely a session issue on Wyzant’s side. At that point, contacting Wyzant Support is the fastest fix—they can reset the session for you.
