There are many different ways you can practice with other Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. You can go to Deaf related events by checking in the area of where you live, there are some groups on Facebook that you can join to ask if anyone is interested in practicing ASL, or joining an ASL class online or in person class at a community college, There are nonprofit organizations such as Norcal Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Northern California that rely on volunteers. I hope this helps !
