√(2w-3)² = √49 ------> 2w-3 =±7 

1-   2w-3 =7 ---> 2w= 7+3 ---> w = 10/2 and w =5

2-   2w-3 =-7---> 2w=-7+3----> w= -4/2 and w =-2
