Cosmetology, otherwise known as the Beauty Industry, has been a Huge Passion of mine from the time I was a small child. Something comes alive in me when doing hair.

The passion to work with people in customer service is part of working In a salon. In order to be successful, advancing one's skill set in Customer service will not only improve client retention, it will open doors of clientele growth, improvement of personal development and being more approachable, are all key areas that go together in setting yourself apart in this ever changing, highly competitive industry. Every single customer service job builds upon the one prior. Which leads to the path of success.
