I am not sure I understand you. There is a way to say a verb as a trait, perhaps thats what you mean. For example, a person who is a shouter: צעקן. It also depends on the designated gender. You take the root letters and add a Nun sofit (for male) or Nun, Yud, Taf (for female) צעקנית, will sound like Tza'a'ka'nit.
It can done with any verb someone who is an eater, אכלן/אכלנית. Someone who is a smiler; חייכן/חייכנית.
