I think I already have an idea but just to make sure, numbers 1 to 1,000,000,000 are signed and numbers beyond that are fingerspelled? For example trillion, quadrillion, quintillion, sextillion, septillion, octillion, nonillion, etc... you get the idea.

The words billion, trillion, etc are fingerspelled. So for example, for the number 2,530,260,320, you would sign 2 B-I-L-L-I-O-N, 530 million, 260 thousand, 320.
