What would be the difference between creating a radius or full round in SolidWorks and Pro/ENGINEER?

In solidworks you can add a fillet to a corner to give a round.

In Pro Engineer Creo you can do the same and use the round tool.

a full round would be used for say the end of a slot vs a corner and the above mentioned applies to both (rounding a rectangle to make a slot, solidworkd fillet, creo round)
