Accented syllables in politics?

I try not to sound like too much of a fool when discussing politics. This feat is difficult at the best of times, but when it comes to a language you know enough to get around in but not much more than that, it's harder. I know יש עתיד (There's a Future) is pronounced according to the usual rule (stress falls on ultimate): **yeš** a**teed**. The somewhat more hawkish alternative, חוסן לישראל (Resilience of Israel), I do believe, harbours an exception to that rule. If I'm right, it would be pronounced **Ho**zn luh **Yis**roel. More or less right? Also, though I've seen חוסן written "Hosen", it doesn't have the **e** in **yes**—it's a schwa like the **e** in **father**. More or less right?
