Need help with a sign - 2 fingers Flicking Chin

I try to learn new signs that I might need to know by videos. I came across a sign I wasn't familiar with. The video is a man signing to his newly born baby and he is saying she is beautiful. Then he also did a sign flicking the index and middle finger back toward the body. Would love to know what it means. Thanks in advance

Very difficult to determine what this means without seeing the sign on a video or someone demonstrating it. You don't provide enough information about location etc. Signs have four or sometimes five parts/parameters. Handshape, Location, Movement and Palm Orientation. Some signs also require a certain facial expression/non-manual marker. Without the first four parameters being described it would be difficult to nail down exactly what this sign means.
