Trying to remember what this means

Question

What does it mean when you have both your hands with the pointer finger extended and bring them down at the same time? I can’t remember if the palm faces up at first or not also.

I agree with previous Tutor/Expert, Amy. It is hard to determine what the sign you describe means. As you describe it, it doesn't mean anything recognizable. But if the hands start with palms facing upward and the wrist twist the palms downward as the sign moves downward slightly then it would mean "HAPPEN/OCCUR".

That's my best guess. Hope this helps.
