How do you say "Sikh" in ASL? If you aren't American, how do you talk about your culture?

Title says it basically. I'm HOH and learning ASL. I've watched about 5 10 minute long "religious" ASL videos and most, if not all of them, explained how to say words like "christ", "bible" and "holy ghost" along with dozens of Christian denominations but nothing in regards to Sikhi, or any other Dharmic religions, or even my culture (Punjabi). Any ideas on where to find signs related to Sikhi or Punjabi culture? Should I learn the IPSL (Indian Pakistani Sign Language) words and use those? If you're from a culture that isn't American, how do you talk about it in ASL?
