Grammatical gender question

I am wondering if phrases like 'תיקון עולם' or 'גמילות חסדים' change if they are being used by or in regards to a male or female?

(Mitzvah)גמילות חסדים =מצווה

So it's a noun -> it's doesn't change for male or female.

Same as תיקון עולם it's a noun.

regardless of the gender of the person using these words:

גמילות חסדים AND תיקון עולם

remains the same - unchanged
