TOMH (Tip of my Hand): Forgot a sign

I was at a con today, and I saw someone this sign but I could NOT remember what it was! Location: chin Hand: 5 hand, thumb touching chin, fingers are wiggling

The sign from your descriptions seems to be MOTHER. FATHER is done on the forehead with same handshape and movement.

The only thing I can think of is Mother but the fingers should not be wiggling.
