how can I graph this |x|+|y|=2 I understand it should for a v but how can I solve this and problems like it?

x>0, y>0: y+x=2, y=2-x

x>0, y<0: -y+x=2, y=x-2

x<0, y>0: y-x=2, y=x+2

x<0, y<0: -y-x=2, y=2-x
