The service charge, when applied to the discounted ramen price, is 0.1(0.82x)

The GST, when applied to the discounted ramen price, is 0.07(0.82x)

 

Since she paid all 3 of these, and it totaled to 10.13, you can add them together to get this equation:

0.82x + 0.1(0.82x) + 0.07(0.82x) = 10.13

 

Combine the terms to get: 0.9594x = 10.13
Divide by 0.9594 to get: x = 10.55

 

So, the original price of the ramen was 10.55.
