1 revolution of a tire is equal to the circumference of the tire. 

Since we have 20 revolutions, we should take 20C=136 where C=πd where π is pi (use 3.14 or the pi symbol). 

So really, our equation is 20πd=136. Then solve for d.

(Note, the 136 is in feet. You must convert your final answer to inches. Hope this helps.
