mean 98.2 standard deviation .61

Assume that the human body temps are normally distributed with a mean of 98.2 and a standard deviation of .61. A hospital uses 100.6 as the lowest temperature to be a fever. Calculate the percentage of normal and healthy persons to have a fever. Does this percentage suggest that a cutoff of 100.6 is appropriate? Another MD wants to set a minimum temperature for requiring further tests. What will be the temp if only 5.5% of healthy people are required to exceed it?
