I can't answer the question

I believe 0 is not a multiple of 10

0 is a multiple of every number. You get a multiple by multiplying a number by an integer.
multiples of 2: multiply 2 by any integer; ...-6, -4, -2, 0, 2, 4, 6, ...
multiples of 10: ...-50, -40, -30, -20, -10, 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, ...
40 is a multiple of 10 because 4*10=40
0 is a multiple of 10 because 0*10=0
