From the balanced equation, 2 moles Al will produce 3 moles Fe (assuming there is enough FeO present)
From this fact, calculate moles of Fe represented by 1.00 g
The moles of Al needed to react will be 2/3 of that amount (based on mole ratio in balanced equation).
