It could be rewritten in sentence form as “Both authors agree that bio-thermal power generation is the way to go and offer similar evidence that it is so.”
“Most practitioners are not concerned about the risks to their own health, however, some find that a distraction to giving good care.” should be rewritten with a semi-colon between the words health and however instead of a comma.
“You need to evaluate more fully the benefits and costs of particular treatment regimens before treating patients with them.” is correct.
