In a 30-60 right triangle, the shorter leg = 1/2 the hypotenuse and the longer leg = shorter leg√3.
So, if the hypotenuse = 16 , the shorter leg (which is across from the 30º angle) = 8, and the longer leg (which is across from the 60º angle) = 8√3.
