If you only want 1/3 of the recipe, you multiply the total amount required by 1/3. But to convert mL to tablespoons, 1 mL = 0.0676 tablespoons (rough approximation).

 

So, 250 mL * (1/3) = 250 / 3  mL * 0.0676 ≈ 5.64 tablespoons
