I'm not sure if you're asking about division or square root. I'm going to assume square root.
In order to simplify a square root you need to break 220 into factors that are squares.
For example, 220 = 100 * 22.
Therefore 11√(220)
= 11√(100 * 22)
= 11 √100 * √22
= 11 * 10 * √22
= 110√22
22 has no factors that are squares, since it's 2 * 11. So we're done.
