a. Work Function = eVs where Vs is the stopping potential.
b. Max. KE = hf - eVs = hc/λ - eVs
h = Planck's constant
λ = wavelength = 248 x 10-9 m
Vs = 2 V
e = 1.6 x 10 -19 C
c = 3.0 x 108 m/s

Both can be expressed in electron volts. It is easier to express work function as e x V. If you use SI units in the equation for kinetic energy, kinetic energy will have units of Joules.
