Find the number of seconds in a day. 60*60*24=86,400

 

Divide this by the cycle for head injuries  86400/15 = 5760 injuries per day are injured

 

Assuming there are 365 days in a year 750,000/365 = 2054.79 people per day are hospitalized (2055 rounded)

 

Again, assuming 365 days/year and that the figure 123,000 deaths is per year....123,000/365 = 336.99 people die from head injuries per year ((337 rounded)
