My 11yo son has made significant spelling improvement over the summer. Jesse took the time to get to know Carson and relate to him through mutual interests. He quickly determined his strengths and weaknesses and worked on his needs while building his confidence. Carson learned and applied spelling patterns in his reading and writing. He has always been reluctant to work on reading and spelling, however, Carson was always willing to work with Jesse. In fact, I’d even say he enjoyed it;).

Margaret is a wonderful tutor! My daughter is dyslexic and had reading trouble. She was really confused with spelling words. Margaret worked with her, and in no time, my daughter began spelling much better. My daughter finally stopped asking me to help her spell every little word. Spelling correlates with fluent reading. Margaret is excellent at teaching students how to use sounds. She is a very effective tutor, and you will see results!
