Welcome, my name is Natarsha! I have experience creating Early Childhood Education curriculum and providing personalized support that helps children thrive. As an Education Program Director, Intervention Specialist, and homeschool mom, I am passionate about helping children ages 3–8 build strong foundations in Literacy, Reading, and Numeracy. My approach blends professional expertise with personal insight, making learning both effective and enjoyable.

I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Accounting—both earned as Valedictorian. These accomplishments reflect my dedication and lifelong love of learning, qualities I bring into every tutoring session. I have extensive experience tutoring children from Pre-K through 3rd grade, using strategies that encourage curiosity, deepen understanding, and build confidence.

In my teaching, I focus on developmentally appropriate activities, hands-on manipulatives, and mindfulness practices that support both academic and social-emotional growth. As both an educator and homeschool mom, I understand that every child learns differently. I partner with families to celebrate progress and nurture a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
