I graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Throughout my undergraduate career I took a wide array of courses that I excelled in covering the many aspects of Business Administration and Management. I went on to work at a Broker-Dealer firm on Wall Street as an International Operations Specialist and will soon be starting as a Trader at an Investment Management firm. I am now also aiming towards my CFA, which will further my business depth. I am dedicated, and experienced with helping fellow peers and colleagues study not only course material but for state examinations and licenses. I have seen great success in my students, and help them relate all these scenarios to a real life example and how this would impact the market or their client. I am patient, dedicated and have ample materials I share and use with my students to achieve success.

Series 63

After receiving my undergraduate degree in Finance, I started to intern and eventually work for nearly 2 years at Broker-Dealer firm. That is where I was first exposed to the importance of FINRA exams such as the 63. After a lot of my own studying and figuring out the best way to go about such an exam, I have picked up many skills, tips and tricks that I have since used to help others with these examinations. The series 63, the Uniformed Securities Agent state law test is a critical step to ones financial career. I have personal and tutoring experience with the material presented on this exam and will strive to ensure my student's success and understanding of the material.

Series 7

The Series 7 exam was the first FINRA exam I took in my career. I spent countless hours studying for the material and eventually grasped it with a great grade. I know the ways students should focus and practice for such an exam and have seen great success in my students I have helped pass this exam. As a finance professional working with trades and securities I have had to use a lot of the knowledge tested on the Series 7 in my career and day to day activities at a wall street firm. I believe this helps me give my students perspective on real life aspects of the material being covered, keeping them engaged, interested and constantly learning.

Michael is a sharp Finance (for MBA in my case) instructor that teaches you more than the material itself but also teaches you a critical thinking and the big picture of the material. Also Michael uses the time very effectively during the session. Very high standard!

Excellent Finance Tutor

I am in my senior year in college and I was looking for a tutor to assist me with reviewing course material in finance before exams and major assignments. It is not easy to find right fit with a tutor but Michael exceeded my expectations. Michael's experience in economics, wealth and investment management was invaluable. His tutoring style in our sessions was a big plus. Michael provides a positive learning environment. If there was a concept or problem I was having an issue with he let me work it out and patiently guided me to understanding the problem. Amazing Tutor – Series 7

I worked with Michael for 3+ months on a weekly basis and I have nothing but the upmost praise for him.
