Outstanding SAT Tutor

I came to Olya in desperate need of help with the English section of the SAT, especially the reading section. My score on this section has improved tremendously in only a matter of weeks! One of my main issues while taking the test was speed, as I would spend too much time on each question and run out of time before I could answer each one. Olya taught me how to quickly go through the test and recognize each question type. She is the reason why I was able to complete all of the questions in my most recent practice exam BEFORE time was up! In addition, Olya is extremely accomplished and goes in depth with every explanation, allowing students to build lifelong grammar skills that will benefit them even after their SAT. I would highly recommend Olya for all of your SAT and English tutoring needs!

Profoundly knowledgable professional

I have been studying for the GMAT verbal section with Olya. During our lessons, I tried to hold on to every one of Olya’s words. Olya is uniquely talented. She knows how to break down all the questions into the basics. When I was preparing for the GMAT with a previous tutor, I was overwhelmed by all the information. Olya will guide you step by step as you build your skills. I am grateful to Olya for all her efforts.

Excellent writer and teacher

Olya helped me craft my personal statement for medical school. I came into the initial session knowing the story that I wanted to tell, but I had difficulties explaining it in a way that would be well received. After some sessions, Olya helped me tell the story in my voice in a clear and interesting way, and I became a better writer in the process. I highly recommend Olya for anyone who needs help with writing.

Helpful and patient tutor

Olya went out of her way and helped work on my personal statement outside of our tutored time. She helped my essay sound more direct. I was able to fit in a lot of information into a 650 word limit essay thanks to Olya!

I got into the school!!

Ah what can I say. Olya helped me get into my dream school and for that I can’t be anymore thankful. She genuinely wants you to do well, even took time beyond our lesson to really help me out and make sure my statement essay was up to standard. She wanted to make sure there was no gaps in my essay and that everything read well with good flow, and of course made sure I explained everything properly. It was eye-opening to work with her. I’m so grateful thank you!

Very experienced and passionate tutor

Olya has been thorough in teaching me grammar for the writing section of the SAT. I learn more than just how to get the questions right and it has been very helpful in my overall knowledge of writing. Moreover, she emanates a contagious passion of anything in the subject of English, which is so valuable as now it feels we are being taught only to earn grades. Thank you, Olya.

Best and most Amazing Tutor

Ms. Olya T. is the best Tutor we have ever met. In three months, she helped our daughter improve her PSAT Verbal scores by 220 points, which placed her in 99th Percentile. Wow! Olya knows how to work with adolescents; our daughter enjoyed her lessons and improved not only her language skills but her self-confidence as a result. Our daughter is now continuing to work with Olya on the SAT. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found her. Tutoring with Olya has been one of the best investments we could have made in our daughter’s future. Thank you Olya, your dedication to your students is remarkable, you are a World Changer and a Super Hero in my books.
