Bio

I am graduate from Montreal University with Master's Degree. I hold an Honours Diploma from Moscow State Conservatory and Gnessin Music College.
I have been playing violin since I was 6 years old. I was taught not only in the best institutions but also by the best violin teachers.
Starting from 9, I am constantly performing on the stage - so I know a lot about stage presence. I had international training from all over the world - both as a performer and a teacher.

Starting from 9, I am constantly performing on the stage - so I know a lot about stage presence. I had international training from all over the world - both as a performer and a teacher.

Since I was 16 years old, my professor asked me to assist her. She noticed my ability to explain easily difficult things.
I started to enjoy myself while giving advice and guiding other violin students - not only my peers but little children, too.
While in Montreal, I once had a gig - and one of the violinists could not get the passage in music. While I was explaining how to make it possible, someone noticed me - and that's how I got my first official job in Canada.
I became a teacher for children in the best music college of Montreal, when I was 19.
After graduation, I worked as a teacher in Conservatoire Superièure until I came to the USA.

I must confess, I do not like wasting time - every minute with a student is precious. I have a very strong musical background, thus my students get not only an information about violin and piano , but also basic musical knowledge and history.
I approach every one differently - because every one is unique. From beginners to very advanced - I provide professional help, adjusting to the needs, abilities and character of the each student.

It is always fun to play when you know some tricks! I have a passion for music and have skills to share it.

I am fluent in in French, German, Russian, Armenian and English, so no language barrier would exist.

I have been teaching French for the past 10 years. I am a published author of French poetry and a member of the Canadian Writer Association.
Piano

Piano

I started playing piano at the age of 4. I have finished two schools with Honours Diploma - Moscow State Central Music School , in Moscow State Conservatory. I love piano, its an extremely rich instrument and pretty easy to learn for children! The musical education makes kinds more intelligent and diverse - that is why all the aristocracy learned to play piano and other instruments. I approach every child according to the needs, character and abilities! I have been teaching since I was 16 years old and love transforming the learning process into an adventure!
Russian

Russian

Russian language is my native language. I was born and raised in Russia. I finished three schools and hold two Honours Diploma in Russian. I was the strongest student in Russian language and Literature in the class of 40. I also was the only one in class who passed the Russian Language Bord Exam with the highest score (A+). I trained my Russian classmates while exams and tests. Russian Grammar is one of the most difficult ones, indeed. The vocabulary I have in possession is extremely rich due to the intense reading. I am able to introduce you not only to Russian language but also a literature,which is fascinating. I am the author of more than 100 poems that are getting published in Moscow and more than 20 short stories. I will be happy to share my knowledge with you!
Violin

I have been playing violin for more than 18 years! I know pretty much everything about it, as it is my profession. I got the most famous and well-known teachers in the world, traveled all over the globe giving concerts. I have a very strong musical background, and love teaching people! I have been doing it since I was in high-school : my professor asked me to assist. So I was teaching my peers. Later on, I happened to lear the Suzuki method, and was teaching in Canada -children and adults - in English, French and Russian. I love violin and know a lot about how to present the material in order to be efficient!

I have been professionally singing since I was 4 years old. I am a winner of numerous regional and international competitions. I was a top student at an extremely competitive pop-jazz program and graduated from the Gnessin Music Academy. My repertoire ranges from popular music to old school jazz compositions.
