I am highly proficient at conducting company valuation methodologies including DCF, LBO, merger models, public comps / precedent transactions.
I also have extensive experience with investment research and analysis, including performing fundamental research on public and private companies as well as industry research and competitive analysis.
I also scored in the 99th percentile on GRE writing and can assist with business related memos, presentations, projects and write ups.
I graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Economics.
I have 10 years of experience in finance. I am currently an analyst at a hedge fund focused on value investing. Previously, I worked in investment banking, shareholder activism, and corporate development. I have extensive experience working on M&A transactions, with family offices and private equity funds on principal investments, and alongside founders and management teams. I also have my MBA in Finance from Georgetown.
I teach at the secondary, undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels.
