I have a 12 year old sister that has just started the 7th grade. She’s been in homeschooling since around the second grade, and her homeschooling experience has not helped her out much when it comes to reading and writing comprehension. She often has trouble recognizing certain words, whines or exasperates when asked to spell things out, and doesn’t know how to spell basic words such as “Culture” when asked. She’s recently been moved from homeschooling to online school, which has been much of a struggle for her. The classes aren’t the hard part— it’s that she can’t understand a single word on her screen or how to spell out the things she wants to say appropriately. I’m looking for someone that could give her that push when it comes to comprehension and reading

My daughter will be starting 2nd grade this year and I don’t think she is ready. I’m looking for someone to get started ASAP. I want her to start out the school year feeling confident with math and reading.
