He has a dx of highly functioning Aspergers and ADHD. Polly is very patient with him yet establishes clear boundaries. He desperately wants to learn but has trouble focusing. Polly is able to keep him on track during sessions and recognizes when he needs a break. He will work the entire session for her with just one small break. She comes to every session with seemingly numerous back-up plans to keep him engaged. She is always punctual and thorough.

We homeschool our son, who is 14 years old and has Aspergers-related learning issues. (He is at a middle-school level in all subjects). Rosemary has been handling a large part of his reading and writing curriculum (grammar, reading, writing) through regular lessons. Her lessons are well-organized; she uses effective, step-by step teaching methods for lessons in grammar, and for reading/writing. Rosemary also makes sure that learning is always fun, and that our son never loses interest.

My son Tyler is Special Needs diagnosed with Aspergers. I looked thru several tutor options and decided on Connie. He is a sophmore at SUNY Brockport and she and Tyler met. I was a bit worried because it can be difficult to get Tyler to talk, but Connie was able to work with him and I feel she zeroed in on his needs and will definitely help him succeed!
