Knowledgeable, Patient, Dependable.
My 12-year-old son thoroughly enjoys his sessions with Adam. Adam is patient, knowledgeable and seems to have an innate sense for teaching and keeping his pupils engaged. Highly recommended and looking forward to many more lessons.
Great tutor - very Kind
I highly recommend Janet. My 17 yr. old daughter was hopelessly stuck on a three part project for her English class. Janet was nice enough to step in on very short notice and help her through a thesis and PowerPoint presentation. She also gave my daughter some tips on how to calm herself down when she is feeling overwhelmed with homework. Through Janet’s coaching and encouragement, my painfully shy daughter had the confidence to deliver a 5 minute oral presentation based on her thesis which was graded an A+. My daughter says that she likes Janet because she is “very kind” – I agree!

My daughter came from lesson touting Deana's skills, claiming she learned more in an hour than in her ELA classroom. Deana seems to be a splendid sensitive educator!!!
Excellent tutor
Tracy is a patient, encouraging and dedicated tutor and also a great person. Since I am a foreign lawyer, she has been helping me improve my English as well as better understand the American legal system. Her approach is a great mix of theoretical concepts and practical tips. Moreover, she has been helping me pay attention to pronunciation and now I feel much more comfortable speaking English. Thank you very much Tracy for your help!!!
Wonderful tutor!
Anthony is willing to give me valuable feedback whenever he corrects my essays; this has improved my writing and thinking skills over the past year. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has trouble with writing ANY type of essay. He understands the criteria of the different essays that I have asked him to review, and he never fails to hit the crucial points that I am missing.

My daughter has had 2 tutoring sessions focused on reading and grammar. Brittany assessment has highlighted the anticipated gaps in my child's basic skills. So far Brittany has exhibited the necessary teaching skills to get my child on track.
Excellent writing instructor and proof reader - five stars
Sue has provided excellent feedback on my son’s writing. She has given him good advice regarding transitions from one paragraph to another and making sure the paper supports the thesis. Sue can be particularly helpful for students who are taking AP tests since she has experience as one of the graders. I would highly recommend Sue as a proofreader for an kind of high school essay, but particularly in the social sciences.
