I asked Emily to work with my daughter in helping her refine and polish her Common Application essay and supplements. Emily helped her bring more focus in her essays, advising her to hone in on her personal interests and goals in order to craft the perfect essays. She really understands what it takes to make an essay stand apart from the rest. Her dedication and attention to detail helped my daughter improve her essays. She gave useful tips and suggestions that resulted in fantastic final products and was able to make edits while still maintaining my daughter’s voice and personal writing style. I would recommend her to anyone looking for some guidance with college essays, as she is very skillful, knowledgeable, dependable, and prompt!
Great Praxis Tips
Simon helped me with my Math Praxis review. We specifically looked at Probability, Linear Equation and Geometry problems. Simon helped me to ease the stress that I was feeling in re-taking the test and was very encouraging. He said I knew the stuff and encouraged me to approach the test with confidence. He gave me tips that would help me finish the test faster. It was great working with Simon. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great great tutor.
Sharyn is a very good tutor. During the five classes I learned a lot. She selected grammar topics which I needed to improve my daily conversations. Sharyn selected many interview examples which we discussed and simulated real job interviews. After that I felling more confident for my daily and business conversations. Sharyn, thank you very much!

Lori was a tremendous help throughout our sessions. She was very patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and gave great resources. She was able to review more topics than I thought we would be able to within the month that I turtored with her! As someone who has bad test anxiety, she help me feel a lot more confident. I passed my reading section of the praxis the first time I took it thanks to Lori! She really did great in preparing me for this test!

Responsive and quick to offer suggestions to improve study habits. Doesn't just prepare students for quiz or test but makes sure he has resources and understanding to go really learn the language.

Ted helps my daughter with humanities subjects: Spanish. English, and History. He is a fantastic tutor and helps explain concepts in ways that make it easier for my daughter to understand and remember. We feel lucky that we found him on this platform and that he had availability to take on a new student. Five Stars!!!!
Great at getting information
My son worked with Gregory and the end product was a very good essay. My son said it went well. The vocabulary words were impressive. The layout was organized.

Dr. Chase is very knowledgeable in his field, he is brilliant, understanding, patient and a great tutor he helps visual students like me and is very relatable. He helps explain the material very well in an extremely challenging and rigorous Neurobiology Course!

Excellent Teacher
My daughter is a grade 9 student and she took one class with Andrea for her world history paper. Andrea was an excellent teacher. She went above and beyond to help my daughter. Her comments were straight to the point and very helpful. My daughter previously always had B for her history class but after just one class with Andrea, she was able to raise her history score to A-. We are very thankful for Andrea’s help. We will for sure look for Andrea’s help again next semester for her American history class.
Amazing tutor, you cant go wrong working with him

Frances met me (and a friend) at the Met to teach us how to draw statues. We've never had any art instruction before. She was amazing. So knowledgeable and gave us so many good tips so that we can practice on our own. Huge fan!
Very patient
Stephen is an easy going and adaptable teacher. He always come to the lessons well prepared, but adapts as the lesson goes, which is necessary when dealing with two preschool aged students. The students get very excited for lessons with him, which is a main goal at this age.
