Elements sharing valence electrons
I would like to know why it is that when elements share valence electrons, unless the elements are nonpolar, one element gets more time with the valence electrons.
how many electrons are in the final subshell to fill in each halogen (elements of group 17)?
please help! does this relate to the period blocks or electronegativity or something? thanks so much
