In what ways do the lines on a graph represent in regard to speed, velocity, or acceleration

So I believe that traditionally we plot on the x-axis the time, and the y-axis the distance traveled. This helps us know exactly how far we've traveled over time. We can then analyze the graph via it's first derivative, which provides our understanding of how the speed works, and then we can further analyze by taking the derivative of that graph, providing us with our acceleration :)
