Help in Hebrew Translation

Question

Hi I am right now doing the Pimsleurs Hebrew course. I just wanted to double check with someone who knows the language. There are 2 words I'm asking about. The first is אצלי they translated it as; at my place. The other word is יותר מאוחר they translated as later, I checked the word up in multiple Hebrew dictionaries and they had the same word down just the words where reversed as: מאוחר יותר.

Just wanted to know the correct translation.

Yes, both of those are right.

אצלי is a first-person singular form of the preposition אצל. Its most usual meaning is "at my place" (there are other less common meanings, but you probably don't need to worry about those for now).

יותר מאוחר and מאוחר יותר both mean "later". מאוחר means "late" and יותר means "more"; in Hebrew you can say either "more late" or "late more" to mean "later" -- both orders are pretty common.
